How can I book you as my photographer?
Please go to the contact center and enter a full description of your project or event for an inquiry quote. If you would like makeup + photography services, please mention that in the message. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
How can I reschedule?
You can reschedule your appointment by texting Kiaa (please refer to your confirmation email) providing the day and time you would like to reschedule. If the time you want is already taken by another client, the appointment will be canceled.
Your calendar isn't allowing me to book you. Help!
Please email Kiaa at email@example.com she will fix your issue within 24 hours.
How do I pay the rest of my balance?
Cash is preferred, however, Kiaa does take payments through Google Wallet, the Cash App, PayPal, and any major credit card for a small 3% convenience fee (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc). Kiaa does not accept checks, bank runs, or gift cards of any kinds.
Are touch up services provided?
Yes, there is a $50 fee for every hour to keep Kiaa around for touch ups.
Can I get my deposit after I cancel?
No, the deposit is non-refundable due to preparations made for every appointment. However, if there ever is a situation where Kiaa cannot make the appointment, a full refund will be issued.
What is your late policy?
For every 15 minutes, the client will be charged $10. After 30 minutes, it is an automatic no-show/cancellation. If you contact Kiaa and explain the unforeseen circumstances, she will try her hardest to work with you and your limited time with her.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please tell Kiaa as soon as possible if you need to cancel. After 30 minutes of the appointment and the client does not contact Kiaa, the appointment will be cancelled. If the client contact her, she will try her hardest to work with the limited time she may have.
Does Kiaa travel?
Yes, she travels from West Palm Beach to South Miami Dade, Florida. The travel fee is included in each service. When booking your appointment, you must put the address of where to meet you. Any services needed outside of South Florida will be at the client's expense (gas, flights, hotel, etc)
